It’s automatically emailed with the receipt to the email address you bought the software with. You could have mispelled your email. Or it may be in your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, login to your account here or email us at sales.

Just redownload it using the same account/email you bought it with. For more info tap on the links to learn how to redownload an app you bought from Apple iTunes App Store or from the Google Play Store.

  1. First, before contacting us make sure you have the latest version of the app. Get it from PlumAmazing.com if it’s a Mac or Win app or Apple for iOS or Google if Android
  2. Second, make sure you have searched the software’s manual for the answer to your question. See the manual in the app or in the list below.
