Just redownload your app from the same and the same

First, before contacting us make sure you have the latest
version of the app. Get it from

Second, please make sure to search the software's manual.
It usually contains the answer to your question. Select the platform (mac, win, android or ios) then tap on the
app to have the manual open in a new window.

us the technical clues to a problem with an app. To learn how to

Still have an issue? Briefly write up the details
of the problem. If you can give the steps to cause the problem

How to Send a Crash Report
macOS
Open Console: From Finder, go to Applications > Utilities and
open the Console app.
Locate Reports: In the Console sidebar, select User Reports or
Crash Reports to find logs for your applications.
Find a Specific Log: Look for a report starting with your
app's binary name and timestamp.
View and Share: Double-click a log to open it in Console or
select Reveal in Finder to drag the file elsewhere.
Windows
Open Event Viewer: Press Windows key + X and select Event
Viewer.
Check Windows Logs: Navigate to Windows Logs > System and look
for critical errors or warnings around the time of the crash.
Locate Minidumps: For more detailed memory snapshots, check
the C:\\Windows\\Minidump\\ directory for minidump files.
iOS
Open Settings: Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to Analytics: Tap Privacy & Security (or Privacy), then
Analytics & Improvements, and finally Analytics Data.
Find the Log: Look for a file name starting with your app's
name and a timestamp.
View and Share: Tap the log to view its content, then use the
share icon to email it to yourself or support.
Android
Developer Console: If you are a developer, you can find
crashes reported for your app in the Google Play Console under
the Crashes and ANRs section.
Using logcat (for Developers):
Connect your Android device via USB and enable debugging.
Open a terminal or command prompt and navigate to your
Android SDK platform-tools directory.
Run the command logcat and then open the crashing app to see
the live logs in your terminal.
