How do I activate my license?
Open the app and look for “Activate License” or “Enter License Key” in the menu or preferences. Enter the license key you received via email after purchase.
If you can’t find that option, check the app’s Help menu or contact support.
What are the system requirements?

How do I download my purchased app?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with download links and your license key. You can also download the latest version from the product page on this site.
For App Store / Google Play purchases, downloads and updates are handled by those stores using the account you purchased with.
I lost my license key. How can I get it back?
Use the Lost License page and enter the email used for purchase. We’ll resend your license key.
If you don’t receive it, check spam/junk, then contact support.
How do I update my app?
Most Mac apps can check for updates inside the app (e.g., “Check for Updates”).
iOS apps update via the App Store ; Android apps update via Google Play or by installing the latest APK if provided.
Can you update my old purchase email address or personal details?
For security reasons, we can’t update old purchase email addresses or personal details in legacy records.
