To activate your license, open the app and look for the "Activate License" or "Enter License Key" option in the app's menu or preferences. Enter the license key you received via email after purchase. If you're having trouble finding this option, check the app's Help menu or contact support.
System requirements vary by product:
- Mac Apps: macOS 10.9 or later (specific versions may require newer macOS)
- Windows Apps: Windows 10 or later
- iOS Apps: iOS 12.0 or later
- Android Apps: Android 6.0 (API level 23) or later
Check the specific product page for detailed requirements.
After purchase, you'll receive an email with download links and your license key. For Mac and Windows apps, download the installer from the provided link. For iOS apps, use the App Store link. For Android apps, download the APK file and install it on your device.
If you've lost your license key, visit our Lost License page and enter the email address you used for purchase. We'll resend your license key to that email address. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.
Most of our apps check for updates automatically. You can also check for updates manually by going to the app's menu and selecting "Check for Updates" or "About [App Name]". For iOS apps, updates are handled through the App Store. For Android apps, you'll need to download and install the new APK file.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds are not available for App Store purchases (those must be handled through Apple).
